1. About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to all orders, deliveries, and services provided by Verboon Fleurs to customers in Switzerland and elsewhere. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Becoming a customer

To order from Verboon Fleurs, you must first sign up as a customer through our website. After you sign up, we will contact you personally to confirm your details and set up your access to our webshop.

3. Orders

Our webshop shows our full range of available flowers. This is not a live stock. Once you place an order, we buy your flowers fresh, directly from the grower. Order deadlines and available delivery days will be communicated through the webshop.

4. Delivery

We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday. You choose the delivery day that works best for you, for every order. Delivery times and areas may vary. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in CH and are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be agreed upon when you sign up as a customer.

6. Quality and freshness

We stand behind the quality of our flowers with a 7-day freshness guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the freshness of your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution together.

7. Complaints

If something is not right with your order, please let us know as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after delivery. We will always look for a fair solution, whether that means a replacement, a credit, or another arrangement.

8. Liability

Verboon Fleurs is not liable for damages resulting from delays, natural variation in flowers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where required by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by law.
