A more conscious way of working
We believe quality and responsibility should go hand in hand. That’s why we reuse our flower boxes, collect and recycle packaging materials, and transport our flowers in modern, fuel-efficient Euro 6 trucks. Practical choices that help us reduce waste and our environmental impact — without compromising on the quality and freshness of our flowers.
Frequently asked questions
We get a lot of questions from florists just like you. Here are some of the ones we hear most, along with our answers.
How nice that you want to become a customer! Fill out the sign-up form on our website, and we’ll contact you personally within one working day to set up your account and give you access to our webshop.
Our webshop shows our full range of available flowers, but this is not a live stock. Once you place an order, we buy your flowers fresh, directly from the grower. Looking for a flower you don’t see in our webshop, or is something not available at the moment? Just get in touch, sometimes more is possible than you’d think.
We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday. Every time you visit our webshop, you first choose a delivery date, so you immediately see what the earliest available date is. For every order, you’re free to choose the delivery day that works best for you.
You can simply return your empty boxes with our next delivery. We’ll take them back and reuse them. You can also return the paper and plastic packaging, just make sure to separate the paper and plastic inside the boxes. This way, we can reuse the boxes and recycle the packaging properly.
Yes. We supply flowers for weddings, events, and hotels too, with the same quality and care as every other order. Get in touch with us on our contact page to inquire about your event.
Yes. When you become a customer, you’ll have your own personal contact within our team: Sven, Peter-Jan or Jaco. Someone who gets to know you, your business and what you’re looking for. So whenever you have a question, a special request or need some advice, you always know who to call.
